Automotive Quality Management System

2024/03 obtained IATF 16949 certification

To prepare for entry into the automotive energy supply chain.
We initiated actions focusing on the five core tools:

1.
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is the structured method of transforming the intangible concept of "customer requirements" into tangible product structures.

2.
Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA): Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) is based on risk management principles and is used to identify potential failure modes and their causes from product development to production. The analysis results help determine control measures during the process, emphasizing the prevention aspect.

3.
Measurement System Analysis (MSA): Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is the verification of accurate measurements using measurement equipment to effectively improve quality.

4.
Statistical Process Control (SPC): Statistical Process Control (SPC) involves utilizing statistical data from the production process for control. It not only supervises stability but also provides warnings for abnormal data fluctuations, allowing timely corrective measures to achieve quality control.

5.
Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP): Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) is the latter stage of APQP, focusing on proving that the company can produce qualified, stable, and batch-produced products that meet customer requirements. This step typically involves customer validation and approval before mass production.
